Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to Australian businesses only with a registered ABN. By submitting your details and entering in one of the competitions you agree to be contacted by a representative of Adapt-A-Lift Group Pty Ltd in regards to the products you are interested in and otherwise agree to and accept AALG’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on AALG’s website and can be provided on request.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official competition form during the promotional period. The competition commences 09:00am (AEDT) Friday 6 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm (AEDT) Friday 27 March 2026. Only one entry is permitted per ABN. The winner will be drawn at random and announced to the winner by email to the address submitted with the form on Monday 30 March 2026.

The prize is one (1) Hyster PC1.5 electric pallet jack. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Adaptalift Group reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete or ineligible submissions. If the winner cannot be contacted and/or does not collect the prize within a reasonable period of time (being not less than 14 days from the date of notification), the original winner forfeits the right to collect the pallet jack and a new winner will be randomly selected.

It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange collection of the pallet jack at its cost. The winner is responsible for the upkeep and ongoing maintenance of the pallet jack.
