How many operating hours and charge cycles are acceptable on a used electric forklift?

These trucks usually last for around 12,000 hours, more if you take care of them correctly. Even one with 5,000+ hours can extend past the typical lifespan. As for charge cycles, keep in mind that lead-acid batteries only have about 1,500 cycles in them, while lithium-ion ones have up to 3,000.

Does the unit include a compatible charger, and what site power do I need to charge a used electric forklift safely?

Our used electric units include chargers, saving you the extra expense and while each truck has different charging needs, three-phase power should be more than enough. Every electric forklift has a different battery setup, meaning you might need to navigate different voltages, types, and more; we’ll be happy to help with this.

How long will a used electric forklift run on one charge?

This depends on the type of battery and its wear. For example, lead-acid batteries usually last 5–8 hours, so they’re usually good for a full shift.
Meanwhile, lithium-ion units use more efficient batteries. This adds to the model’s price, but can help it push past eight hours for longer operations.
