Hyster J2.5 XTLG Promotional Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotional offer is made by Adaptalift Group Pty Ltd (“Adaptalift Group”).

2. Promotional product

The offer applies to selected new Hyster J2.5 XTLG Electric Forklifts supplied by Adaptalift Group.

The advertised promotional purchase price is $30,500 plus GST, unless otherwise specified in a written quotation issued by Adaptalift Group.

The promotional price applies only to the standard machine specification identified in the relevant quotation. Optional attachments, accessories, freight, delivery, commissioning, registration, servicing, insurance, taxes and other additional costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Promotional period

The offer commences at 12:01am AEST/AEDT on Wednesday 29 July and closes at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on Friday 20 October unless extended, withdrawn or amended by Adaptalift Group.

The offer is available for a limited time and while promotional stock remains available.

4. Customer eligibility

The offer is available to eligible Australian business customers purchasing the equipment wholly or predominantly for business purposes.

Adaptalift Group may require evidence of the applicant’s business details and intended business use of the equipment.

5. Advertised finance repayment

The advertised repayment of “from $19 per day” is an indicative equivalent daily repayment based on:

  • the advertised promotional equipment price;
  • a finance term of 60 months;
  • an approved business finance facility;
  • the interest rate and finance structure used to calculate the campaign offer; and
  • any additional assumptions disclosed in the applicant’s finance quotation.

The daily figure is provided for illustrative and advertising purposes only. Repayments are not necessarily collected daily and will instead be payable at the frequency specified in the customer’s final finance agreement.

The exact repayment must be confirmed through a personalised finance quotation.

6. Finance approval

Finance is subject to:

  • application and approval by the nominated finance provider;
  • the finance provider’s credit assessment and lending criteria;
  • verification of the applicant’s identity and business details;
  • satisfactory financial and credit information;
  • execution of the required finance and security documentation; and
  • any other conditions imposed by the finance provider.

Submitting an enquiry or finance application does not guarantee approval.

Adaptalift Group does not represent that finance will be suitable for every business or applicant.

7. Interest, fees and additional charges

The advertised repayment may not include all applicable:

  • establishment or application fees;
  • documentation fees;
  • account-keeping or administration fees;
  • government duties or charges;
  • insurance costs;
  • late-payment or default charges;
  • freight and delivery charges;
  • optional attachments or accessories;
  • servicing or maintenance costs; or
  • other costs associated with the equipment or finance agreement.

Applicable fees, charges and interest will be disclosed in the personalised finance quotation and finance documentation.

8. Deposit and residual payment

The finance arrangement may require a deposit, upfront contribution, trade-in, residual value or balloon payment.

Where a residual or balloon payment applies, that amount will remain payable at the end of the finance term unless refinanced or otherwise dealt with under an arrangement approved by the finance provider.

Any applicable deposit or residual amount must be clearly disclosed in the customer’s finance quotation.

9. Total amount payable

The total amount payable over the finance term will depend on the approved:

  • purchase price;
  • interest rate;
  • deposit or upfront contribution;
  • repayment frequency;
  • finance term;
  • fees and charges; and
  • residual or balloon payment.

Customers should consider the total cost of the finance arrangement, not only the advertised equivalent daily repayment, before proceeding.

10. Equipment availability and specifications

Equipment is subject to availability. Lead times may vary according to location, stock availability, transport requirements and the machine specification selected.

Product images used in advertising may show optional attachments, accessories or equipment that are not included in the promotional price.

Specifications, features and equipment configurations may vary. Customers should refer to their written quotation and order documentation for the exact machine specification being supplied.

11. Delivery and additional costs

The advertised purchase price does not include freight, delivery or other location-dependent costs unless expressly stated.

Delivery charges will be confirmed before the customer places an order.

Additional costs may apply for delivery to regional, remote or difficult-to-access locations.

12. GST

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised equipment prices are exclusive of GST.

Any GST payable will be added to the purchase price and other taxable supplies in accordance with applicable Australian taxation requirements.

Customers should obtain independent taxation advice regarding their circumstances and any potential entitlement to claim GST credits or deductions.

13. Free site or electric fleet assessment

Where the campaign includes a complimentary site audit, electric fleet assessment or operational assessment, the assessment:

  • is available to eligible Australian business customers;
  • is subject to location, staff availability and scheduling;
  • may be delivered onsite, by telephone or through a virtual consultation;
  • is intended to provide general operational guidance only;
  • does not constitute engineering, electrical, financial, taxation or legal advice; and
  • does not guarantee that a particular forklift, battery or charging arrangement will be appropriate for every application.

Any electrical installation, charging circuit or infrastructure recommendation must be confirmed by an appropriately licensed electrician or other qualified professional.

Adaptalift Group may limit the assessment to locations within its usual service areas.

14. Combining offers

This promotion cannot be combined with another discount, rebate, fleet agreement, government contract price, national account price or promotional offer unless approved by Adaptalift Group in writing.

15. Quotations and orders

All purchases remain subject to:

  • a formal written quotation;
  • Adaptalift Group’s standard terms and conditions of sale;
  • acceptance of the customer’s order;
  • stock availability;
  • finance approval, where finance is required; and
  • payment of any required deposit.

Where there is an inconsistency between campaign advertising and an accepted written quotation, the accepted quotation and associated contractual documents will apply, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to the promotion

To the extent permitted by law, Adaptalift Group may extend, vary, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Any change will not affect a purchase agreement already accepted by Adaptalift Group unless agreed with the customer or otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

17. Errors and omissions

Adaptalift Group may correct genuine typographical, administrative or pricing errors in campaign material, subject to applicable Australian law.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. General disclaimer
